Caroline belives that being a human can be deeply simple once we have gained some agency over the volume control of how much unhelpful noise our beautiful minds can create.

She is skilled at finding people where they are, and in making contact. This is the doorway for any meaningful work to happen.

She loves simple pleasures, ordinary joy, her tiny, 3 legged black panther Bebe, and Leonard the Dog.

She cherishes her heart kin, nature, silence, the kind of music and poetry that find you when you need to know you’re not in it on your own.

She published a memoir called: Postcards From a Little Life in March 2025 which is available on Amazon, and can be ordered through any mainstream or independent bookshop.
